Friday Training Tip! When trying to add muscle to your arms, its important to remember that the triceps make up 2/3 of the upper arm mass. For many people, rope pushdowns are their go to movement for triceps. We recently filmed a training session showing how changing the angles and rep schemes may give you the variety needed for some new improvements.
