Friday is official Symmetry Cheat Day. Why do we promote eating ANY type of food in ANY amount at least once per week? For physiological and psychological recharging, rebooting, destressing, and rejuvenating. Rest days from training are days you do not work out. Rest days from dieting are days you do not diet.
