Friday morning rant (stay with me its long)- So I have this one person at this one account who constantly says they are working from home. Its usually of course on Friday and Monday. They send an email out to everyone (which I get as well ) to make sure and stay off theyre computer because they will be using it remotely and make a big deal about it. This person also called me once complaining they could not get email on their phone and really needed it because they were working from home. I queried - Why do you need email on your phone if you are working from home? You have access to your computer at work and you have webmail as well. Flustered...but undeterred they asked for email on their phone. I suspected the work from home was actually being done from TJ Maxx. Well the I am working from home email came in today. I have had her remote access turned off for more than a month. ( Even more fun I sent this person an email and said I need to work with you on an issue you have been having with your computer today. I am in the office so call me when you get connected and we can figure it out together. Curious the next email came in and said ignore my last message I am coming into the office today) This is how I have fun....
