Friday night saw us embark on our first event of 2015 and the - TopicsExpress

Friday night saw us embark on our first event of 2015 and the spirits of The Four Crosses certainly gave us a few things to think about. From the first vigil all teams experienced interesting results; in the Restaurant area a wooden shovel that hangs on the wall was witnessed swinging from side to side for no apparent reason. This was just as the team were finishing their vigil and nobody had been anywhere near the object. This vigil also gave the first group some communication through the glass. Following this, during the rest of the evening, the EMF meters were reacting to questioning and some vague contact was made with the glass. In the Cellar, our motion sensors were constantly being activated during the first vigil. On the third time of resetting them, our team member heard a very low, masculine laugh - needless to say, he was a little peturbed by this! At this time, the planchette was also reacting quite strongly when asked. The group believed they were communicating with a young boy. Strangely, the second group in the cellar also feel they made contact with a little boy and once again, the motion senors were being activated inexplicably. The third group in this area had two lots of personal contact on the planchette and the motion sensors were only triggered once! One of our staff members in the cellar was poked in the back twice and was also touched on her head. The bedrooms first vigil - the guests were split up and left to carry out vigils in rooms of their choice while our staff members waited on the landing. Two groups of guests appeared to make personal contact, one group with the K2 meter and the other with the dowsing rods (apparently, this was the guests barber!) The second group in the bedrooms believe they made contact with one tof the regular spirits of the pub - Knocker. Two guests were also touched during this vigil. just as they were touched, most the group saw both of these woman change appearance in front of them. Our staff member described them as looking like they had hooded coats on and were wearing breastplates! Finally, the third group made contact with a gentleman who wouldnt give his name but did say he was from the building. Thank you all for joining us, you were all great company. We hope you enjoyed your Eerie Evening and hope to see you again on another event!
