Friday started with porridge and strawberries for brekkie with an apple mid morning. Very busy getting tenders out so again, no lunchtime run, just enough time to eat something and back to work. Had chicken stir fry on a bed of kale and it was massive! Another late one so stayed in watching dvds with the kids even though I was threatening a run! Had beans on toast with some ham as I wasnt that hungry and the Prince helped me not in eating that!! Went for a run late this morning in the park. As you know im not a fan of running alone but I put on some rock music and headed off. Got 2 miles into it and got a massive stitch that I actually stopped running! Now, ask me if I wouldve done that running with others and Id probably say no! Ran a further half mile and stopped again. Really annoyed with myself so I rang my fellow OT pal Deirdre and she gave me plenty of inspiration! Had a quick walk around the park and then decided to do a bit of penance. When the show was on, that hill (well, deep incline! pictured) was my Everest. Every time I shuffled up it I wanted to vomit so I sprinted up and dowb it 5 times and I swear to God, thought I was Rocky at the end of it hahaha!!!! Went to Bewleys Hotel Newlands Cross for lunch; had breaded chicken and salad. I almost cried taking the skin off the chicken breast; the best part of it haha!! Then Liffey Valley for some retail therapy. Bought a new pair of shorts to replace the horrors I was filmed in!!!! Picked up a Count on Us chicken chow mein in M&S for dinner. It was only 289 calories and im stuffed after it; which I something im not usually after those ready made meals. I also purchased a bottle of vino! I know, I know, but its Saturday night!!! I wont have it all, pinky promise!!!!
