Friday the 13th is supposed to bring bad luck, so we thought we would share a happy story instead. This puppy was rescued from the Manhattan ACC almost 2 years ago. His name then was Nars, his new family changed it to Armanno. He was such a wonderful puppy & is now a wonderful dog and family member. He was my first foster shortly after joining SCR. I will never forget this sweet boy who had mange and a terrible broken shoulder/arm. Our surgeon said somebody sure did a number on him Its believed his severe break was due to being hit either w a baseball bat or a golf club. He overcame the odds and is just one of our amazingly resilient rescue dogs, we are happy to have been a part of his journey. This is why we do what we do every day. We take in as many of these abuse, neglect and cruelty cases as we can. If you can help support our ongoing rescue efforts, we are always needing donations!
