Friday today was sad for the family. It was also the first time to walk the burial site to my father sides in Marantaw town . Badria, an aunt and my co-age, passed away from cancer after undergoing months of chemotherapy. She leaves twins and two other lovely children behind. Some think she would go to heaven because of her glowing aura , that it was the Month of Ramadhan (when the blessings are several fold), a holy Friday and even rains at that . The dead are wrapped in white after tedious cleansing and bathing (with some colognes and cottons put on the nose and similar body parts ) then buried. From dust to dust we return.
