Friday woke to open front door.Wind or me not latching it or Kodi. Sterling and Zimba gone. Makuba never left my side in bed. I quickly set two traps but just saw nothing. Heard nothing. Zimba is usually easy to see having fun with birds and bugs. It got down to the 20s the next two days. Zimba always came in after having one day outside playing. So by yesterday no signs I felt cold,fox,or coyotes. Seemed so weird both girls in one night could get caught by something. I kept calling .Let door to basement open nightly. Today Zimba walked in with dogs that were out pottying.And I ran downstairs hoping for Sterling. Yes she popped her head out of a box on a shelf. A weight off me both look great just hungry. With snow coming my mind was non stop racing about them.
