Fridays SEVERE WEATHER OUTLOOK has placed a MARGINAL RISK for Severe Thunderstorms over portions of the OZARKS and the Lower TN and MS Valleys for this afternoon and evening. The forecast is calling for some scattered thunderstorms becoming possible for this afternoon and evening from the Southern Ozarks into the Tennessee and Lower Ohio Valleys. One of the two areas will have a couple strong to severe thunderstorms for this evening over Southern and Eastern Arkansas into Western and Northern Mississippi. An isolated tornado cant be ruled out, however, mainly for damaging winds to 70 mph is possible in areas such as Memphis, TN into Little Rock, North Little Rock, and Jonesboro, AR. It is essential to have your NOAA Weather Radio on alert and prepare for severe weather in cause of watches and warnings being issued by the National Weather Service.
