Fridays Weigh in 162 1.5months into bulk 2.5months left before starting next cut for summer. Thursday Finally got 100% Mind Muscle Connection to Tricep Longhead with vertical Dips 160lbs. This week Noticed Lower Left Lat underdeveloped compared to lower Right Lat to prevent uneven problems will do 1 more on left lat each set. Lagging Bodypart left is Biceps hopefully corrected with Arm Blaster. Inner and Upper chest coming in better with incline hammer strength and Hammer Strength Flat worked inside chest. Plan on completely switching out Leg Press for Strength Training Routine for Quads but keeping the stiff leg deadlifts. Lateral Raises increased from 20 to 25s. DB Rows from 55 to 60s I can go much heavier but not be able to do pause reps I like long deep contractions and pause reps feeling it instead of mindless jerking. Upgraded my DB Tricep extensions 11-11-14 to 65 from 60s Extra blood from Full mind connection from Dips I believed allowed this.
