Fridays workout: 1 mile run 3 pull ups 5 high pulls 115#/65# 7 renegade rows 30#/15# AMRAP 10 minutes Easy Gleason-(add 1 repetition per minute until you fail to complete the round. I.e. minute 1 - 1 hang clean + 1 push press. Wait till the end of the minute then 2 hang cleans and 2 push press. Keep going until you miss completing in a 60 second rounds. Hang cleans115#/65# + push press (same weight) Good luck.
