Fried Rice my way: Make some white rice [see Making Rice below] 1 to 2 cups Set aside Pre cook your favorite protein [Chicken, Beef, Pork, Tofu] Set aside Take a wok or a large pan put on a high heat Cover the bottom with oil Add quarter cup of minced garlic A half a cup of cut onion 1/4 finely chopped cabbage [green] 1/2 cup carrots 1/2 bell pepper [any color] If you use frozen vegetables add them now 1/2 teaspoon of salt Incorporate all ingredients stir and cook for 1 to 2 min Add 4 tablespoons vinegar Add 8 tablespoons of soy sauce Add your protein incorporate and stir and cook for 1 min If you add egg to your fried rice take two eggs and cook them in a empty space in the pan just push the rest of the stir fry to one side scramble and cook eggs. Then Take 1 to 2 cups of cooked rice and incorporate and cook everything together for 1 to 2 minutes. Garnish with green onion *I like to garnish mine with fresh cut cucumber, tomato, and cilantro
