The technology could be shared by the US govt by the I do us defense pact or the Irani could have developed it with the abundant unaccounted money they allocate to raw This gives me te right to kill even the president of India , to maintain my freedom and the freedom of my people, cause if an Uncorrupt govt uses these methods , its a different story .
