Friends, Chennai West Study Circles next meeting is planned for 14th February 2015- Saturday evening. Please finish any of your valentines day plans before evening and come to the meeting without fail :) We have planned a series of events as given below: 1. Third year anniversary Celebrations of Chennai West Study Circle will be held. 2. This will be my last meeting as Convenor of Chennai West Study Circle & you can get to know who are the new Convenor and Deputy Convenor . 3. As you know, we conducted quiz throughout the last year and four teams actively competed against each other. The annual winning team will be announced and prizes for best participants in the quiz will be given. 4. You can meet the new Core committee team, which has a few surprises. 5. Topic for the day is - Directors report under Companies Act 2013. Two speakers will discuss the format -for Listed Company, Unlisted Public Company and Private Company separately; A draft format of Directors report will be provided to all attending members and you can customize it to suit your Company & Clients. (And the speakers?? Keep guessing for a while !) 6. Being the anniversary celebration, the meeting will end with a Dinner. 7. This is a 2 credit hour meeting; Fees - 200 (Including Dinner) All the activities will be concluded within 3 hours ; we expect to break our own previous records on attendance.
