Friends, It is now alarming hearing of the shootings in Arusha. I have just been told suspected robbers shot at a car last night around 2300hrs and killed an 8 year old daughter. The father had been stopped by two people on a Motor Cycle (Bodaboda) but chose to drive on. The suspected robbers fired a shot from behind that went through and hit the little innocent baby sleeping at the back seat. The parents didnt realize it until when they stopped and saw blood oozing from her head. She was rushed to Mt Meru Hospital where she lost her dear life. This is becoming a trend in Arusha. I dont want to be quick to lay blame on the police and other law enforcing agencies but I strongly believe something isnt right somewhere. Innocent lives are lost. This must quickly be addressed as we need a safe Arusha. The general public must assist in this. Deliberate action must now be taken. Let us all join hands and stop the senseless killings in Arusha. If you have any information please pass it on. Our safety is paramount.
