Friends, Over the coming weeks, the weather will be making a sharp Arctic turn. In my area, we are finding more and more people walking to work, waiting for city buses and asking for assistance on street corners. In addition to giving to reputable charities to help our neighbors, I would like to offer another suggestion. Stock up on HotHands air activated hand warmers. Costing just 72 cents per pair at Walmart you can hand these out everywhere you go. Find them in the outdoor gear department. Tape a few to bus benches too. I know this tiny gesture isnt much but these HotHands products remain warm for about 10 hours. And for those 10 hours someone will know you care about their safety.
