Friends/Volunteers/Staff/Committee Members & Sponsors, Here are some of my thoughts and concerns about our 1st Ever Mad-Town 5K Mud-Climb event!!! For all of the Runners (Participants), Workers (Volunteers & Staff) and Committee Members....IT WAS A GREAT DAY, LOTS OF EXCITEMENT & ENTHUSIASM BY THE RUNNERS & VOLUNTEERS and very, very generous donations by our Sponsors!!! Im looking forward to doing it again although; it was a very physically demanding task for this ancient 62 year old, fat man!!! Any and all recommendations, suggestions, comments, etc. are welcome. I talked so several of the runners and they really liked the course and obstacles, although, I think we need to add a few more up here on our part and to add some more temporary ones coming up the hill! P.S. The Hanover College Students were totally AWESOME with their help and assistance. Im guessing we had over 60 students come by and help out on Friday and Saturday and their attitudes and willingness to help was truly GREAT!!! Thank you Hanover College!!! P.S.S. Any of the runners that didnt pick-up their Finishers Medals....please stop by the Club and pick them up or call us at 812-265-5811 and well mail them to you.
