Friends: With less than two weeks to the opening of Motts Place, Im having a stage constructed and could use some donations to fill that hollow space between the bar floor and stage floor. Im no sound technician but I understand that emptiness is bad for sound quality. Im on the hunt for old pillows, blankets, coats, wall insulation, circus peanuts, $100 bills, etc., that can reduce that hollow space. I can pick some of these things up if you have a lot of it or it can be dropped off on the back patio (in good weather) or given to someone who is working there during the day, which is most likely me.
