Friends and family in Vancouver/Clark County WA: Your representative (Jaime Herrera Beutler) has just voted in favor of a frivolous lawsuit against the President that will potentially cost the taxpayers millions of dollars. The republicans in congress plan to sue the President for delaying the implementation of the employer mandate portion of the ACA. These same republicans have voted 50 times to repeal the ACA (which was also frivolous because the President would have had to sign the bill to repeal his law), and now they are going to sue the President for not implementing it fast enough. Do you support your representative wasting your tax dollars like this? If not, vote them out in November!
