Friends, are you still not convinced about the danger of sugar! Also for toddlers and children! I have a few family members going through cancer, you know how they test cancerous cells? The patient must ingest liquid sugar into the body because the cancerous cells will light up, consume and multiply upon consuming sugar! Just like that! Why is our society even children are now the oft victim of cancer? Lollies, chips, bread, pasta, supermarket factory made foods (includes baby foods and baby crackers) are all laden with sugar. As for highly processed carb like pasta and bread, they will get converted as sugar in our body quickly too! Limit them! Lets transform our family, eat home cooked meal and eat lots of salads and steamed or lightly cooked vegetables. Get onto good carbs like brown rice (but also try to minimise them, get full on your veg first before you touch your healthy carb). By the way, whole meal bread and pasta isnt healthy. Many parents think its ok to treat children with KFC and McDonnalds after all its just bread and meat! Wrong! To get the smoky flavour or the creamy flavour of the mash potatoes, food scientist have developed artificial taste as they are cheaper and quicker than the real deal! How about bread and jam? Well there isnt any nutrients in it whatsoever. How about our Kelloggs breakfast? Ditch them! Sugar is proven to be damaging in Childrens brain development. What must we eat? - unprocessed foods - no sugar - as much vegetables as possible - good fat! Fat is brain food, get into good oil salad dressings, organic butter, avocados, coconut oil. Add a spoon of coconut oil to your hot chocolate. Its brain food!
