Friends congress party has released its manifesto today. They are talking about reserve Quotas in private sector too. You can imagine the talents which are taken in private sector will go down to the persons having the 40% passing marks people. What will be condition of R&D sector, Quality assurance departments of private companies? How they will be able to compete in world trade with their products? Where our exports level will go ? which is already much down & due to this our economy which is totally depends on private sector will collapse. What will be future of our next generation? Hope private sector will give a serious thought to the above points & finally opposes the matter and fight for their right of hiring the people as per their choice & talent . Their should not be any intervention from the government side.
