Friends, if you arent yet tuned in to the March of unarmed civilians in #Ferguson happening RIGHT NOW, please, I beg you, tune in. Follow @bend_thearc and @truahrabbis on Twitter. So many of us take for granted our rights. What if society communicated that your life mattered less? That is the reality so many Americans face on a daily basis. Its not only gun violence, not only racially motivated sentencing, not only mass incarceration - racism is a systemic societal disease that we must work to change. Follow the youth. They remember how to dream, even when we forget. May we march with hands up, open and vulnerable, safe and affirmed. Weeping to not be in #Ferguson right now.
