Friends, is there a cat shelter or placement service for older or elderly cats? (2 cats ages 10+) they have always been together, its preferred they remain together. Both are spayed females with declawed fronts (yeah.. I know..) shots are up to date (December). Its for a teenage friend who for circumstances outside his control cannot keep and care for his deceased parents cats. The cats have been in temporary foster care 8 months already, the foster home cannot keep the cats much longer. The teen loves his cats and wants to maintain contact if possible since the cats are one last connection he has to his deceased parents.
