Friends, its hard to believe, but just three short weeks away from December! That means we have one month to go before we host the Christmas Throwdown on December 6! The Christmas Throwdown is a national competition that will take place at CrossFit boxes across the country, and proceeds will benefit the charity Toys for Tots. Im including a link to the site and the registration page but, to summarize, there will be four workouts, three of which are listed and the last of which will be announced the day of the competition. There will be Mens and Womens Rx and Scaled Divisions, and each division will be limited to 20 people. Everyone at this gym is capable of completing the scaled division, so you all should sign up immediately, because those positions are going fast! This is going to be a fun, lively event benefitting a great cause. We want to see you all there as competitors, cheerleaders, volunteers, and judges. If you know anyone in the area that would be interested, forward this along.
