Friends of Foster Families Here’s how the Online Yard Sale works: A picture of an item will be posted with a description and a donation amount requested. If you agree to donate the amount requested, comment WANT in the comment section under the original photo. The first person to comment WANT on the original post on this PAGE will be awarded the item. If the photo was shared on someone else’s wall you will need to go to the original post on https:facebook/FriendsofFosterFamiliesFundraiser, find the original picture and comment WANT on the original post. If with the suggested donation, you find OBO – it means “Or Best Offer”. OBO means we will take the highest offer no matter which order. However, the first person to say WANT at the suggested donation will be the one awarded the item. ***Legal disclaimer - by commenting “WANT” an item, you certify you are 18 years or older, willing to purchase the item for the asking donation and agree to the following conditions. Purchaser will be notified by posting SOLD TO: Name of Purchaser) in the comment section of the original post. Purchaser will have 48 hours to pay through the donation button on the main page (all major credit cards accepted) or deliver cash at pick up (within 48 hours). Any item not paid for within 48 hours will be offered to the next highest bidder or reposted for sale. Pick up of any item will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser or a representative on their behalf. Any item purchased with a predetermined date will be held on the set date. Inability to attend (by the winning bidder) will not be grounds for a refund. Some items will be events which dates can be scheduled with the party offering the item. All reasonable efforts will be made by the offering party to accommodate the purchaser on preferred dates and times. If a service is purchased, that service will be performed in the Tulsa and surrounding areas. Transportation to the service location will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Friends of Foster Families is not yet a 501c3 non-profit corporation and does not issue receipts for tax deductible contributions.
