Friends reflecting on the life of Job, we see that he had a rough journey, being tossed about emotionally and spiritually, because he couldnt see Gods love and provision in the midst of his trials When situations drew his attention! Job realized the awesome power of God and his own rank of low standing. Once Job saw the Lord his healing and restoration followed shortly thereafter. The townsfolk of Chorazin, Bethsaida, and Capernaum were privileged to witness the love of God made manifest in the miracles of Christ. However, they were blind to Gods love for the poor and the weak and unable to see their own need to repent They are warned by Jesus that their behavior merits a more severe judgment and that their sickness may even be told Its been said, The eye is the window to the soul May our eyes be guarded from evil so that we may see God in our lifes and resolve always to follow Gods teaching and do good.
