Friends, this is a super urgent request for rescue help. These two senior beagle mix sisters were surrendered (given up) by their owners last week. I just took their photos Sunday. They are 9 yrs old and BOTH girls are spayed. They are terrified here, and try to hide from us. It took Kristy Moore and I a long time just to get these photos of their faces, gently talking to them, trying to help them feel comfortable with us nearby, with Kristy being ever so gentle as she attempted to gently pet them. The black & white one spent most of her time cowering, trying to crawl through the fence, hiding her face, while the tri-color one tried to "protect her sister" by sitting close as she could to her. They are both very submissive, and eventually both girls let us pet them, but they need a good safe rescue to help rehabilitate them.
