Friends we are almost sunk once more....We are doing the best we can....rescuing the animals we have cost us money....we cant do it without you...there are times I want to throw my hands up, not because of the Animals but the constant chore of beggin for funds ....Our feed bills are over 1000 $s a month and this is just horse feed, our labor just for feeding the Dogs and picking up the poo is no less that 16 hrs a week x 12 $..this is not picking up and unloading feed, putting rd bales out, have our tractor, lawn mower, worked on, fixing water leaks, cleaning the runs and keeping hay in the dog houses, repair fences, keep barns clean, feed room clean full of dog food, medical, wormings, feet trims and 100s of other things we do every week.... Of all the things we do this chore hurts me the most....I have 8 dogs in the house at the horse recue, 5 in the house at the dog rescue..12 in their own buildings with dog houses and hay,.there is heat and a/c to pay for, water bills....we are so far behind on cleaning it makes me ill to think things have gotten so out of hand...not sure how long this can go on ?? We take scum of the earths starving animals while they live the good life..Hear me La Salle Co ?? We worry about how we will get their next meals to them.... We are going through 2 rd bales a week and that is not the special feed we have to feed to two of our older Mares.... Please Please help us....and I apologize to the ones who donate and then we cant help them with rescues they run across....we only have so much room and not enough money to fix up what we have.....we are doing all we can ....again I am sorry !!!
