Friendship, Forage, Freedom...important needs not just for your horse! The health and happiness of your horse is largely dependent on your health and happiness. All too often I speak to women who lie awake at night worrying if they are providing the very best for their horses, and completely overlooking their own health and well being. Putting your own oxygen mask on first will have a HUGE ripple effect on your whole herd...2 legged and 4 legged. When was the last time you did something for you? When was the last time you looked at your forage, friendship, and freedom?
