Friendship is a safe place to be yourself, reveal yourself, laugh at yourself & discover your self. If you only hear from a person when they need help or want to drone on about themselves, theyre not your friend. If you feel drained every time you interact with them or feel dread when they call or stop by, its not friendship. Friendship is not an obligation, a duty, nor a mission of mercy. Friendship enhances both lives. Its a sacred trust earned by both people.
