Friendship with God God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns. Psalm 46:5 When we look at ourselves and then look at God, we will find either God is too good to accept us or He is very weak to do the impossible things. The best part is that neither of our opinion is right. He is God and He is holy. But, He has called Himself the friend of sinners. We know that a friend accepts us as we are. A good friend also counsels us and supports us in our weakness. He is the first one to help us. We can trust a friend more than anyone. Jesus said, “ There is no greater love than this, that a Friend should die for His friend.” Jesus was talking about, He dying for our sins. Jesus accepted us as we are. That is the reason why, He was able to heal and bless everyone and was able to perform miracles. You will say, “Jimsen, that was in the times of Jesus, the times are different now.” Beloved of the Lord, let me tell you, that the times might have changed, but Jesus confirmed when He said, “He is the same, yesterday, today and forever.” He died for us, but the love for us couldnt keep Him dead, He rose again on the third day, overcoming death. That love of God which overcomes death, cant it help you overcome the wrong things of the world. God who went through all the troubles and persecution gave His own life and to help us, would not He give us blessings and deliverance from all our addictions. We ought to know the love of God which never fails. When we have this truth of Gods love revealed to us, then we will never be moved. Our faith and confidence will be at its peak. We know it for sure, that God is for us, then who can be against us. God is for us, then what can come against us. God is there to help you that you will not be moved in your troubles. God is there for you right from the dawn of the day, when you wake up, He is there to lead and guide you to success. You are very precious in Gods eyes. He loves you very much. Meditate on this speak to yourself, “God loves me” and set your mind on God, then you will never be moved and you will always find God to help you right from the dawn of the day.
