Fright Flicks Sleepaway Camp, directed by Robert Hiltzik, 1983 Hiltziks campy slice of 80s slasher trash separates itself from the pack by casting actual kids (most of the actors appear to be barely pubescent) as potential victims of pedophilia and dismemberment. Its also the gayest horror film ever made, featuring a barrage of boy flesh and enough all-male dog piling to make me more than a tad ticked that my parents never sent me to camp. Despite an almost nonexistent budget, there are a few surprisingly nifty effects on display and the direction is solid.
