From 12 till 2 today Goldfields Midwest Medicare Local will be setting up a trestle table outside of the Rangeway Pharmacy promoting cancer awareness screening targeting bowel, breast and cervical cancer. The Closing the Gap team will also be there raising awareness of services they can offer the community. Mystery hampers containing wonderful goodies and fruit skewers will be on offer in exchange for a gold coin donation. All donations received will go towards helping to grow hope, hope for better treatments, hope for more survivors and hope for a cancer-free future. So far our office has raised $160 and is continuing to sell Daffodil merchandise from our 32 Holland Street Office until September. So get on board and donate to a worthy cause!
