From 19th. January, CEIRD will be offering its Gregorian Chant workshop series yet again. But what is Gregorian Chant? Gregorian Chant is a style of liturgical singing. It was sung in Latin, and was sung at Mass in the Middle Ages. Gregorian Chant evolved over the centuries, and expressed itself in different ways and in a great variety of styles across Europe. Below, an example of a Chant from the great, France based ensemble Discantus. Enjoy! :.) https://youtube/watch?v=8-AQx5yDS58&list=PLqmC0A-gSmG3dj_5Y2rnBh60WbK3XT1VT&index=2
