From 94.3 The Point, Jersey Shore Headlines: The Tent City Movement, formed after the closing of the homeless camp in Lakewood, will take to the streets of downtown Toms River Sunday to kick off a civil disobedience petition drive. Protesters will gather at the intersection of Hooper Avenue and Washington Street at 2 PM to advocate for the homeless.
