Since then we’ve seen Australian cattle taunted and stabbed in the face in Indonesia (bit.ly/15LDq1a); sheep being horrendously slaughtered in Kuwait (bit.ly/14DgdvW); the brutal massacre of 20,000 Australian sheep in Pakistan (bit.ly/17K3Gvl); cattle being bashed and electric prodded in Israel (bit.ly/13NDnEc); goats being dragged and stuffed into car boots in Malaysia (bit.ly/1726m72); and cattle being stabbed in the eyes and having their leg tendons slashed in Egypt (bit.ly/10KnZ91). All these horrors occurred in places that should have been meeting ‘strict’ standards.
