From Anitas address: We can go beyond forgiveness. People are doing the best they can within that moment, regardless of what they have done. It is beyond forgiveness. It is more like empathy. Compassion. It is trying to understand where they are coming from. And that goes with not just what other people do, but with yourself. And when you can do it for yourself, it starts to be easier to do it for other people. So start being more empathic toward yourself. Whenever you do something that your feel, I mean you are judging yourself.. You say things (to yourself) like how stupid of me, how could I have done that or I should have done that differently . It is things like that -- watch that self talk. And tell yourself NO, I am a beautiful child of the Universe. I dont deserve to be talked to like that. And start to empathise with yourself. When you can do that for yourself, you start to do that for other people. And you realize there is nothing to forgive. And I also want to add that in the other realm, there is no judgement, because there is nothing to judge. We are all love. We are all pure love. Unconditional LOve (we are). Nothing to judge. One of the most controversial ideas which many people ask me about: Is about the fact that there is no judgement - that there is no hell, no punishment. When you realize that there is nothing to forgive, then there is nothing to punish either. People who commit acts that take them to prison in physical life. Yes, we have prisons here to protect us from people who live in so much fear that they cannot be trusted not to cause harm. But when they cross over, they themselves understand in that moment of clarity, they themselves understand what they did, they did out of fear because they didnt know any better. ...more Very powerful concepts of what is. https://youtube/watch?v=vvmABrII35c @1:26:00 and beyond
