From Anonymous When I first started as a nurse aide @ South Park Manor Nursing Hm on Kostoryz during the graveyard shift, we were always on aleart cuz the elderly patients had a habit of wanting to leave building @ all hours of the night so in order to keep a good eye on the I would do my paper wrk standing @ the nurses station, like that I wuz able to look down on both sides of the hall way. Well 1 night as I stood there writing on a chart, I could see somethg moving @ the corner of my eye, I saw @ that time an elderly lady who I thought wuz 1 of my patients walking down a dem hallway, she had on a very long white night gown. As I started after her to see where she wuz going & as she turned the corner, I noticed she turned to look @ me with a face of pain & despair, then continued on her way, when I finally turned the corner expecting to see her, she had disappeared, I tell u my hairs on my back stood up & I could feel my blood pressure drop, I wuz so scared, it caught me by surprise...As I headed back to the nurses station, I told the other nurses what had happened & discribed the woman I saw, the nurses just looked @ each other & proceeded to tell me that it wuz a patient who had died two days before I started, another nurse said the same thing had happened to her...
