Thanks, Rebecca ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Phyllis von Herrlich Final touches are being put on the Downtown Augusta August 3rd celebration (Augusta Fest 2013) and the Promotions Committee would like to bring in some artists to display their work on Water Street! (The street will be closed for the day -- opening in the afternoon at four.) It will be a festive atmosphere, with musical performers, antique cars, and folks enjoying the activities on Water Street and much, much more down on the Waterfront. It will be a bit like a street festival! If you would like to join us, let me know ASAP. There is no fee for artists, and you are most welcome to offer your works for sale. I will get back to you ASAP with details about setting up, etc., etc., etc., as soon as I hear from you. Photographers, folk artists, painters, sculptors – ALL are welcome. If you would like to set up and create something that day – that would be amazing! So, let me know ASAP. Apologies for the wee bit late information getting out to you……but if you happen to available that day, we would love to have you join us for the August 3 Augusta Fest 2013!!
