From Baldoyle Says No Beautiful. Please watch and share x A few of us have spent some time in the last few days putting together a very special project. We call this project simply Strong and you will see why. It is a unique and poignant song/slideshow capturing the emotion, the mood, the calibre of people who have been the backbone of the nationwide protests in the last few months. Several reasons we were moved to to this: To honour the plain people of Ireland who stood up and simply said No and inspire many more to do the same To respond in a positive way to the horrible, demonising, mainstream media attacks on us, we are NOT thugs, we are the people you will see on this video. To raise much needed funds for various causes...and this is how that part works. It is done on the honour system...... You watch and listen and if you like/enjoy/or are moved by it then please on the 10th Dec at the Dail pop a euro or two into one of the collection buckets that will be there in aid of The Legal Defence Fund, The Hub, Wheelchair for Josh, National Citizen Movement or for the Homeless. - your choice. Also - PLEASE PLEASE, SHARE SHARE AND SHARE AND GET EVERYONE TO SHARE IT. This will raise awareness, funds, morale, positive publicity, new campaigners etc, all good stuff! If you do nothing else for the cause do this one thing....SHARE.! The background to STRONG is this: Well known Baldoyle campaigner, Mo Walshs daughter, Sarah, is a musician with the voice of an angel (you wont argue with me on that when you hear this) She works with the fabulous Terry and their band is called As Humans. My own husband, Paul, is a professional musician/production expert and got together with As Humans to make this happen. Thank you Sharah, Terry and Paul. I and Mo are a dab hand at spotting a good photo and arranging them to suit the lyrics of the song (these lyrics could have been written for our cause by the way and we have not changed any of them) For all of us this was truly a labour of love, and we are all rightly/mightily proud of what we have produced.
