Harsh Jain Sent: Mon, 20 Jan 2014 19:25:01 To: cause-of-ca@googlegroups Subject: {CAUSE OF CA} Show Cause by ICAI Dear Deep Jain Sahab, After providing the Evidence Documents of E-filing records of 2 Members who have signed 250 & 450 Tax Audits respetively which is more than 5 times & 10 times respectively of the Prescribed Limit of 45, the ICAI Disciplinary Directorate has now sent them Show Cause Notice and asked them to give written representation within 21 days from the date of receipt of the Letter. I hope that ICAI will take strong action against both of them and will not make petty excuses or leave them by giving mere warning as it is willful violation of code of coduct.
