From Chairman David Pepper: Two months ago, with the most important offices in Ohio up for grabs, along with every congressional seat and most of the seats in the Statehouse, more than 60 percent of registered voters chose not to vote at all. [..] What does it tell us that such a historic few showed up, despite millions in advertisements urging them to do so, and such stark differences between the two sides? More than anything, it shows that the political conversation in Ohio feels less and less relevant to what Ohioans believe is important to their everyday lives. This should be a sobering reality check to anyone involved in Ohio politics.
