From Chris... In the Dunstall Farm Road, Dunstall Avenue, St Marys circuit we have, over the past few days been listening to the high pitched noise of what sounds like a 125cc motorbike being driven around this loop at considerable speed including the various corners. I dont know much about bikes to know from the split second I see this bike go past in a blur. This young lad goes round and round seemingly for no reason, maybe its a new toy but there is no consideration for other road users/children who may be crossing these roads. Couple that with being dressed only in T Shirt and Shorts, which is not illegal but the way this young lad is driving its only a matter of time before he comes off. Skin and Tarmac coming together at high speed isnt pretty, you only have to google de gloved to see the results (dont if you are squeamish) As a Firefighter Ive been called to plenty of young lads having had accidents on their bikes, and most of the time they dont come out of it well. Today I managed to follow this young lad, so I know where he lives, so if you live not far off Cissbury Road and have a teenage son with a motorbike, you may want to have a chat with them as you may be getting a knock from the Police as your son has been reported. If nothing else, the Police could hopefully give some advice on suitable clothing.
