From Cirino: sent 09/20/13 1210 i have sent off the BP-10 to Region Sunday night, and it should have left the institution the following Monday, this past Monday. last night i went ahead and sent out a single copy of my filing (bp-10) to Father. so being expecting it soon at the PO Box. i figure "it is what it is", and so for you to go ahead and send a scan of it to My Donna and you all go on and post it... i know i know... but do it anyways... this craziness has to stop here and i am almost out regardless... love you both, cirino
