I’ve heard one word used a lot to describe Roseville: boring. And if you think about it, Roseville is a pretty boring place. In fact, Roseville has one of the lowest crime rates in the region. The City has consistently balanced its budget at a time when other cities in California are going bankrupt. While dealing with huge cuts to education, every school has kept its doors open and their test scores high. Business is also booming again, with new construction fueling job creation. All of these positives keep Roseville out of the headlines.
