We are gearing up for this weekends Caboodle and will have a bar and food station set up out the front for the Saturday, with our street food offerings. The bands will be playing at the roundabout outside the The Big Orange same as last year so we are expecting to be as busy as last year. Out street food menu will be as follows: 1 Hot roast Angus sirloin with caramelized onions and gravy served in a Ciabatta bun. 2 European style Bratwurst Sausages with onions and Mustard in a European Grain roll 3 Southern style Chicken Nibbles served with house Aioli. Hope to see you here for the fun and entertainment. We have finally managed to secure a consistent supply of Bluff Oysters, they are delivered live and we are shucking them to order and serving them in three styles, natural, fried or grilled. They are extremely fresh and tasty. So if your an oyster fiend you have got to try these! As the crazy season has all but passed us, I want take this opportunity to remind you that we are now running a degustation menu every night that the restaurant is open! and we are getting some great feed back from customers who have tried it! We are also pushing our catering services this year, so if you have a work function coming up please consider us for your catering. Or if your having a private party at home we will also be happy to cater for your needs as well. Have a great first few weeks back at work and we look forward to seeing you here at the Big Orange. Take care Dean
