From Dr.Impact GVU... For 10 years (1998 - 2008), I was the CEO of De-Leovic Total Events Company, we had several contracts that enabled us to provide quality services to our clients across Nigeria. Royal Fathers, Military Officers, Clergy, Business People, Associations, Young Couples, Families, Institutions patronized us and we never failed them. But the secret of our success as a company was Customer First, Quality Second, Profit Last. We sacrificed time, energy, resources, sleep, leisure to make our clients happy. At some points, some of our clients had their weddings/ceremonies in remote villages, our team would follow them to such places and ensure they are HAPPY. Today, some of those people I was serving as an events manager, have become my clients in the business of Leadership Development, Mentoring & Impacting Lives with God. They have stayed with me & introduced me to more opportunities because of the Trust generated in our events management days. WILL YOUR PRESENT CUSTOMERS CONTINUE TO TRUST & SUPPORT WHATEVER IS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR NAME? Customer Loyalty is key to business growth but it comes from how you relate with them. A small customer today, can be your major business partner tomorrow. Dont forget aside God, PEOPLE are the most important factor in life. They decide how prosperous or poor you become.
