Sumatran elephants are facing extreme threats, at least 40 have been killed in the last 2 years here and rangers are finding more and more dedicated elephant snares in the forest. July is set to be the start of a killing season with poaching intensifying and FFI have launched a short-term Rapid Response Facility to raise the money to make this happen.
