From Equality SD: We are seeking your assistance to oppose TWO anti-gay bills in the South Dakota Legislature. I sent you an e-mail earlier this week about SB 128. Now another bill HB 1251 has been introduced and is even worse. SB 128 would make it legal for businesses to deny service and employment to gays and lesbians and is using the First Amendment as a justification. It also denies gay people due process to seek retribution and directs judges to dismiss lawsuits.
