From Ezili/HLLN archives: 90% of the agricultural workers in the Dominican Republic are Haitian, according to a report from the IDB and the World Bank Port-au-Prince, February 15, 2006 (AHP)- Hardly any agricultural activity would take place in the Dominican Republic without the participation of Haitian nationals, according to a study by the Inter-American development Bank (IDB) and the World Bank into the question of poverty in the Dominican Republic.
